Reiki Healing Spa Session

Prior to each session the space is purified and energetically cleansed to ensure a sacred healing environment and invite positive energy.

We begin each session with a personal smudge to clear your auric field. This helps begin the process of opening and releasing negative, stagnant energy, allowing space for fresh perspectives and personal growth.

We’ll take a moment to ground and set a clear intention for direction. A Reiki assisted oracle card reading and organic aromatherapy bar follow. The healing begins on the table with a short guided meditation to relax the mind, followed by a fusion of balancing energy work and body work. We will clear and balance your system using Reiki along with Shiatsu and crystal healing, weaving a seamless blend of light energy massage and luxurious spa treatments. This includes warm foot reflexology stones, lavender facial steam with reiki facial massage & invigorating Shiatsu peppermint scalp massage.

Mellow Mommy Signature Prenatal Pampering

This deeply nurturing pregnancy wellness experience is recommended for mama’s to-be, anytime after the first trimester.

The session begins with a dedicated moment for you to set a clear intention for your healing session, and beyond. An Oracle Card Reading follows. This is a fun offering for consideration- Reiki assisted…calling in Reiki Life Force Energy for Spiritual guidance and inspiration as you journey into motherhood.

Then onto the table for a healing blend of Prenatal Relaxation with Balancing Energy Work (Reiki and Shiatsu) —along with light, gentle Reiki massage and Spa Treatments including: lavender facial steam with Reiki facial massage, warm foot reflexology stones & blissful head massage.
